Small businesses are under assault from government intrusion and over-regulation. As Chairwoman of Economic Development, my focus in Jefferson City has been to make our state as business friendly as possible. I have been a leader in the fight to make Missouri a Right-to-Work state, as well as to ensure our state workers have the ability to choose how their hard-earned dollars are spent.

My priority remains reducing burdensome government regulations for businesses so that our state will attract new industry.
